Course Description
SLS 1501 is designed to retain first-year students and help them make a successful transition
to the university by developing academic, social and personal skills that contribute to
academic success. The course curriculum will encourage students to establish supportive
relationships with peers and faculty—help them become part of the academic community,
and provide them with essential info
